  • Join online for instant gym access. Download the Gym Master app and watch the induction video for an overview and safety procedures.

  • No, we do not offer discounts on membership start-up fees

  • Yes, a $10 casual pass is available on the Gym Master app

  • Yes, a one-time $40 access pass fee for membership administration

  • We offer a range of affordable and flexible memberships. Visit our Memberships page for up-to-date information.

  • At this stage, you can only book group training sessions via the Gym Master app.

  • Yes, new members get a free orientation session with a tour and equipment demonstration. Training programs can also be arranged.

  • No, you can use the gym 24/7, even outside staffed hours, immediately after joining and watching the induction video.

  • To cancel, open the Gym Master app, go to the membership tab, and select 'Cancel'
